„The Hungarian Tolkien Society is looking forward to welcoming members of many other Tolkien societies among the participants, particularly among the speakers, of the conference. Besides the academic programme, we want to provide an occasion for you to meet our community and see more of our beautiful capital city.
We are also ready to help speakers in planning their travel and stay. In case of need, members of any Tolkien society/community can apply to our Society for a small financial aid to reduce their travel costs. For those who prefer friends and adventure to hotels in terms of accommodation, we can also try to find hosts among the members of our community.
